Time to play some serious Stellaris now that I have 3hrs experience of it! Ya think? WRONG!!!

Tuto Empire saga continues... I restarted the game... but apparently I failed this 2nd game... My science ship was bitching around another's territory... I wasn't prepared! Instant GG!!
