Cities: Skylines - Green Cities 100% Achievement

Hi guys! I have unlocked all Green Cities Achievement in my first try! All live-streamed and recorded! It is up on YouTube and guide is up on Steam as well! I'm here to post my other screenshots of the game and some tips and tricks as well!

1. Super Self-Sufficient - Have all residential zone in your city be specialized Self-Sufficient Housing
• Zone your residential area with Self-Sufficient Buildings.
• For starting city / new game: The first house to pop will unlock the achievement.
• For old city / old game: If all houses are converted, then it will unlock the achievement.
2. I to the T - Have all office zone in your city be specialized IT-Cluster
• Zone your office area with IT Cluster. 
• For starting city / new game: The first office building to pop will unlock the achievement.
• For old city / old game: If all office buildings are converted, then it will unlock the achievement.
3. Organistic - Have all commercial zone in your city be specialized Organic and Local Produce
• Zone your commercial area with Organic and Local Produce.
• For starting city / new game: The first commercial building to pop will unlock the achievement.
• For old city / old game: If all commercial buildings are converted, then it will unlock the achievement.
4. Green Energy - Produce all electricity without using raw materials
• This will unlock if all your power source comes from only these buildings: Geothermal Power Plant, Solar Updraft Tower, Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion Plant and/or Solar Power Plant.
5. Friendly Teaching - Build one of each eco-friendly schools: Community School, Institute of Creative Arts and Modern Technology Institute
• Building these will unlock the achievement: Community School, Institute of Creative Arts and Modern Technology Institute
6. Greenest City - Have no polluting industry in your city, only Office Zone and specialized zones
• Build no polluting industry such as Forest Industry, Farming Industry, and Office Industry.
• Make sure you also have 0% pollution on Land and Water by building Incinerator, Recycling Center, Floating Garbage Collector, Eco Water Outlet and/or Eco Treatment Water Plant.
